Eleanor (she/her) is the CEO and Founder of HACE: Data Changing Child Labour, an organization that leverages AI to combat a global issue that affects 160 million children in supply chains around the world. After more than a decade of work on social science projects addressing child labour, Eleanor realized that technology and data were essential for scalable solutions, a realization that led her to founding HACE. In addition to envisioning a world free of child labor, Eleanor is passionate about ensuring equitable access to opportunities and finance for underrepresented entrepreneurs, using her influence as CEO of HACE to advocate for women in business, particularly in raising capital, and to champion diversity and inclusion within her teams.
