Arpitha (she/her) is committed to leveraging collaborative policy and governance to address complex challenges, especially at the intersection of emerging technologies, security, and harm mitigation. Her dedication to transforming systems of power is rooted in her upbringing in South India and extensive experience in public service. Passionate about democratizing and customizing tools for systems change, she strives to make them accessible to those directly affected by crisis, conflict, and injustice. With over a decade of leadership, including co-founding and leading nonprofit start-ups, Arpitha has spearheaded multi-stakeholder projects for electoral integrity, risk management, innovation policy, early warning systems, deradicalization, and mass violence prevention across more than 40 countries. Her expertise is shaped by her background in grassroots organizing and consulting with the private sector on policy development, government relations, community affairs, and crisis management.
