Patrick (he/him) is a purpose-driven business leader focused on helping create a more flourishing world through the application of technology, digital content, human-centered design, and coaching. He currently serves as the Director of Operations at Heroic, a Public Benefit Corporation with a mission to help 51% of humanity flourish by 2051. As a member of the company’s core founding team and sole operations lead, Patrick has supported the company’s development across internal operations, marketing communications, finance, accounting, legal, investor relations, and launching a bestselling book. Patrick’s career began in design and innovation consulting before crossing into entrepreneurship as he created Mindful Ambition, an online platform dedicated to helping others grow through coaching, workshops, courses, and digital content. Outside of work, Patrick is an avid reader and movement enthusiast, meditates and journals daily, and hosts frequent community gatherings and dinners with his wife where they live in Denver, CO.
