Byron alumni Anna Nicole Powell has set herself the ambitious goal of providing a meal to the Indigenous brothers and sisters at Standing Rock, N.D. She will make the pilgrimage over the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and do what she loves the most, cook for people that need support. She will also be taking supplies to help the protectors outlast the long winter ahead.
