Braxton Allen

Braxton (he/him) is an Operations Manager for CompostNow, where he draws from a diverse background in community outreach, urban farming, and AmeriCorps to drive the company’s mission of recycling food waste nutrients back into the soil. Beyond operational goals, Braxton is committed to supporting the development of his team members, fostering a healthy and fun workplace, and embodying the company culture that he aspires to create. Braxton has lived in Atlanta for nearly a decade, and is passionate about travel, new experiences, and teamwork. As the son of an Army officer, Braxton has found himself immersed in different cultures and environments for most of his life, and credits this upbringing with his love for nature, art, and culinary exploration.
